Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any application in the Her Journey Suite, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Suite.
These Terms, together with our Privacy & Health Data Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ziggy Tech Ventures LLC.
Description of Service
Her Journey: Carry is a consumer wellness application — not a medical device or healthcare provider. Nothing in this app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Her Journey: Carry provides pregnancy journey tracking, milestone logging, partner support tools, and wellness resources designed to support — not replace — the care of your healthcare provider.
User Accounts & Responsibilities
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate information
- Using the Suite only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
Subscription & Billing
Free Tier
Basic features are available at no charge.
7-Day Free Trial
Her Journey Pro includes a full 7-day free trial with no charge during the trial period.
After Trial
At the end of your trial, you are automatically charged at the current Pro subscription rate.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time from Settings › Subscription. No partial refunds for unused time.
Refunds
Full refund within 48 hours of the first post-trial charge. Email ziggytech@icloud.com with subject "Refund Request."
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of Ziggy Tech Ventures LLC. Your health data and personal entries remain yours — we claim no ownership.
Prohibited Uses
- Use the Suite for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape or reverse-engineer the Suite
- Harm, harass, or stalk any person
- Share or sell another user's health data
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIGGY TECH VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ziggy Tech Ventures LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Suite, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
Laws of the State of Nevada.
Informal Resolution
Contact us 30 days before initiating arbitration.
Binding Arbitration
AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, Clark County, Nevada.
Class Action Waiver
No class action lawsuits.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time with app or email notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
